Our talent process

We’re committed to making our talent recruitment process clear, fair and supportive. We encourage all interested applicants to apply. Here’s what you can expect when applying for a role at InvoCare:

1. Application review

Your application will be assessed based on the selection criteria for the role.

2. Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an online video discussion, followed by an in-person interview if selected. In some cases, a second interview may be required.

3. Checks and assessments

If you reach the preferred candidate stage, you may be asked to complete a pre-employment medical check, provide references and complete criminal history and right-to-work checks.
